Sleep Number

Sales rep, Henry, in Framingham, MA store was super nice! When install was going to be delayed to a time that we wouldn't be at our new home, Henry was able to get the delivery rescheduled within our timeframe. Delivery & install team, Miquel & Josh, in our new Florida home were efficient and thorough, and very helpful with installing and using the app.

Courtney made it very easy. He is knowledgeable and highly service oriented. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need to start enjoying the new bed. We love it!

Very bad warranty policies for such an expensive piece of furniture. Motor died after a year and you have to pay for the part and installment! Do not recommend

I returned a pillow 3 weeks ago and was waiting for my refund on my credit card. After a week I called the store and sleep number’s mailed me a check which I was not informed and was not expecting since I paid with a credit card. 2 weeks passed and no check. Three weeks and still nothing. Called the customer service and spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and with no skills to be a manager or work with customers. Sleep number’s Customer service is the worst, disrespectful and impolite. I will never buy anything from this company again. It’s a trap if you need to return anything. Beware
