Boston Bed Company

My spouse and I were so pleased to work with Rich Brazil in the showroom. He was so knowledgeable about all of the merchandise and showed us how each item worked that we had looked at. We were interested in purchasing a Cabinet Bed. The selection that they have in the Stoughton showroom is amazing. We had a great experience! Thank you Rich!

Had a fantastic experience with this store. Wayne was wonderful. Extremely friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. With his help, my boyfriend and I were able to pick out the perfect mattress with ease. Pricing was reasonable—especially with the current tariffs and inflation; the man who delivered the mattress and took our old mattress away (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) was very pleasant, and now my boyfriend and I are having the best sleep we've had in years. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience chatting with Rich and ultimately purchased a couch at a great price. The process was easy, and Rich was unbelievably helpful. We’re actually looking forward to returning to buy a second bed in the new year!

I cannot say enough about the product, customer service, and delivery of the bed we bought from Boston Bed Company. I reached out to Rich via email because I needed a bed ASAP as my mom was coming to stay with me following a stroke and needed a proper bed delivered immediately. Within about 15 minutes he called me himself and said he would make a point to get a bed to us as quickly as he could. He had it delivered earlier than expected and sent a personal email wishing my mom well. Upon delivery, I assumed we would be building the bed ourselves, but the wonderful delivery man came right in and put the bed together himself. This was such a bright spot for us during a hard time. My mom slept great and recovered very well on the bed from Boston Bed Company. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quality bed with service that cannot be beat.

The safety features of these murphy beds are what drew me to their store. I bought "the metro" in white, on the spot, after seeing it was better made then the murphy bed I owned. The hydraulic gizmo is incredible as it helps me bring the bed down with less wight bearing on my back. Install was done in spotless and in a tidy manner. Note: I will need to paint wall and add floor laminates as this NEW bed is slimmer for my studio space.
