Sean met us on a Sunday evening so we could shop for mattresses he had my daughter try several after asking about her sleep preferences. We ended up purchasing 3 mattresses and an adjustable platform bed frame. They were delivered and set up Monday morning. Sean is nice and did not use high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend.

I bought the best mattress ever in a price I was not expecting. The best price you would get here. I saved more than $1500 compared to other shops. More importantly, you would have chance to deal with the nicest person in Illinois. I encourage everyone to buy from him.

Sean was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs, was attentive to my budget, and delivered it promptly. He gave me good advice about how to choose between similar mattresses, knew the make of each of them, how they held up with time, and knew what previous clients had thought of their mattresses. My roommate recommended BoxDrop to me, and I would recommend it to everyone else too.

The entire experience from my first inquiry all the way up till we left with the mattress was pleasantly surprising. I thought it might be awkward meeting up to look at a new bed set by appointment only but after hopping on the phone a setting up a time appointment I could already tell it wasn’t going to be as strange as I expected it to be. Sean from the first hello had me convinced this is THE WAY to do business. By eliminating overhead and also eliminating extra staff he is able to provide you with quality service that feels more like a friend than a salesman. Also quality products available at a fraction of the retail sale price. He didn’t try to sell us anything he just shared his extensive knowledge of the mattresses he had that fit the description of what we knew we wanted. And let us make our decision based on the information he provided. Also I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable now that I think about it .. had I been in a big box store I wouldn’t have been able to lay on the beds and try them out in front of strangers walking around etc .. so I’m convinced this is the way to go!!! Now if only I could convince Sean into opening up a clothing shop and a grocery store to suit all my family’s needs then I would be an even happier camper I mean customer LOL but guess we can’t win ‘em all.
