I had been looking for the perfect desk for over a year. I kept coming back to the same one over and over again but didn’t want to pay over $2,000 for a desk. Carter’s was over $800 cheaper than anything I found online and they assembled and delivered for free. I did everything online and not one issue with them. It was a great decision to go with them and the desk looks amazing. Well worth your time to shop with Carter’s!! Thank you.
View on GoogleVery pleasant experience here! We were looking for a couch and David was very patient and helpful. He showed us multiple pieces and in the end we found the couch we wanted. Even though it was short notice Carter's accommodated our request for a faster than usual delivery as we had out of town guests coming to visit. We had our couch delivered 3 days after purchasing it, being out of the area from Normal they still made it work. We are loving the couch and got it for a great price. Very pleasant and hassle free experience and my family will continue to shop here when needed.

The financial people were great and when our furniture was delivered, the crew were so polite and took great care in placing everything where we asked.
