We had an outstanding experience working with Shawn. From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress. Shawn took the time to listen to our needs, answered every question thoroughly, and explained the differences between the various options in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism, patience, and caring attitude made the entire process comfortable and stress free. It was clear that Shawn truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave with the best solution for their sleep and comfort. If you're looking for someone who is friendly, honest, and exceptionally knowledgeable, I highly recommend asking for Shawn. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision an enjoyable and confident experience. Thank you Shawn for your outstanding customer service!
View on GoogleShawn and Dave were so knowledgeable and helpful. From doing a sleep test, to showing me mattresses, to finding financing that met me where I am, they made this a great experience and I know I am set up for the best sleep I have ever gotten. Will not use a different store for any of my bedding needs going forward. Thanks for all the help and the best pillow recommendation I’ve ever had!
View on GoogleWow! Shawn and Dave went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we needed and at the best price they could find. We went to multiple mattress stores but just could not buy from anyone but them. They never tried to upsell us or use gimmicks. It was always about what was right for us and made the process so easy! Thanks for all you guys do!
