Patrick was super nice super patient ,very patient😂 He had to listen to my husband and I argued for two hours over How much money we wanted to spend. By the end of it, Patrick had us both in Agreement with a bed frame and mattress.. My husband save money 💴 I got what I wanted. And I walked out of there a happy wife. Thank you so much Patrick . We absolutely love our bed .very happy we are with our purchase. We appreciate all your help. The Eaton family ❤️ P.S Happy wife, happy life😂

Great place with great pricing!!! They were able to do same day delivery for me and I am so grateful that I get to enjoy my new mattress tonight. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never bought a new mattress before, so he walked me through the different types and how they would affect different sleepers. I’m so happy with our decision to stop here first, because we were able to get a great mattress at a great price.

We got quick and friendly service as well as a great deal from boxdrop of crossville! We slept in it last night for first time (picked up Monday) and we are absolutely over the moon. Absolutely exceptional comfort with an exceptional price and great financing options if needed. If we ever need anymore upgrades we will definitely be going back there!! Thank you boxdrop of crossville!! We love to go to bed now! Also if you are debating an adjustable base. It will absolutely change your life. 10/10 recommended

Boxdrop in Crossville was a Great place to purchase a bed. The owner/ bearded man was so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable in his products. I would highly recommend coming here before going to the Big named stores.... Support local business, he was amazing in supporting local community member and a disabled Veteran. Thank you Pat, we will be back for a split queen.

We bought a twin Mattress last week for the guest room….I slept on it to try it out most comfortable night sleep I have had in a long time. This is our second mattress. I can’t say enough about the professional service you get. Patrick snd his wife are so pleasant and patient.. no sales push very informative and then they let you decide. Two of the most pleasant people you would hope to meet. Talking with them was as pleasant as shopping for a mattress. Long story short we went back and bought our third mattress a queen with adjustable frame. Anxiously awaiting its delivery. Great experience look here for all your bedding needs. Five star rating and and beyond.
