We stopped in looking for specific furniture that was broken during a move. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. We were able to find and buy what we were looking for and we love all the new pieces!

I came in looking for bookcases and a quite a few other pieces, and I left feeling talked down to and dismissed. The staff member kept insisting the items were “ornate” even though they were kind of plain, and when I asked if they could be made taller, he seemed to assume they would be out of my price range without even asking about my budget. The tone felt condescending rather than helpful. He also said he could have helped me look through catalogs but was too busy, which added to the feeling that my interest wasn’t taken seriously at all. Overall, it was a disappointing customer service experience.

Brought a Lazy Boy couch and recliner in February (6 months ago) and have an issue with my couch having a lean to it on one side. Two weeks after it was delivered I called to have someone come look at it. A guy finally came out and was here about ten or fifteen minutes and said he would order a part. Part finally came in and was put in and still did not solve the issue. Called back a couple of weeks later and they no longer had anyone to do repairs. The lady said they were looking for someone and they would be in touch. Weeks later finally get a call and two young men come out to look at the couch and actually sat in it also and agreed there was an issue with the way the couch was sitting. They thought it did have a lean. They weren’t quite sure what to do to fix it so one guy took quite a few pictures and said they would send the photos in to Lazy Boy to see what they say about a fix first the issue because there is an issue with the way it sits and they mentioned something about seeing gaps in the couch. I’ve called twice because it has now been two months since the last visit and they said a part was on order but the lady didn’t know what the part was. I asked if there was a manager or owner there that I could talk to. Well I was told the manager wasn’t in and the owner is always in and out. The service after the sale has been very disappointing. I am now possibly faced with maybe having to get an attorney to handle this issue since it’s been 6 months and nothing is getting resolved. I should have never brought from this place. I was actually kind of torn between what couch and brand I wanted to purchase and the salesman had actually mentioned that I didn’t have to purchase anything that I could leave. He said I don’t want you to feel you have to buy anything. He said it in a manner that appeared he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. It did hit me later after I made my mind up that I should have told him he could keep the couch I’ll go elsewhere to purchase one. Needless to say I am disappointed in this place. No one will let you talk to a manager or the owner as if they don’t want to be bothered.

Our go to place for new furniture, James is very helpful and attentive without being pushy. We really enjoy interacting with him. We have purchased our living room, and bedroom furniture here and are about to purchase a dining set soon. They have a huge selection onsite and several books or catalogs to order from as well

Ive bought an entertainment center, Couch, Recliner & end table from them. Probably around $5500 worth of furniture. All great quality but good quality does cost so dont expect ikea pricing Figured this was worth an update, been buying from them for several years now but moved quite a bit farther away but still shop with them especially if im around that area anyway. Ordered a mattress and had to go pick it up at a later date. I live alittle over 2 hours away now compared to the 50min max i used to live. Get told the mattress is there and ready for pickup. Drive there and pick it up thinking nothing of it. Get home & manhandle it up the stairs. Then unwrap it to find out i was accidentally given the wrong one but not completely sure since i had ordered it probably 3 weeks prior and could be wrong myself. Call them to figure out whats up and turns out it was the wrong one, Things happen. Luckily they remedied the situation and delivered the correct mattress.
