Boxdrop is amazing! Friendly & helpful service all around! My first couch didn’t fit and I wasn’t charged for the first attempt, the second one was supposed to take 1-3 weeks and I got it a couple days later! I couldn’t be more pleased with my comfy oversized Sofa☺️

Sadly I had to give one star. Friend bought a couch have to unplug the switch when he leave otherwise it gets to hot. Tried to talk to his wife . She promised to have her husband call but never did. He calls but owner screens his calls and never answers. At time of purchase they never said that all sales were final. He saw the receipt and that's where he saw that it said all sales final. Had he known that earlier he would never have made the purchase. They may be polite when you get there and are looking but after you make a purchase they become very unprofessional when you have a complaint.

We had the best experience here! The owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that the customers are completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
