We purchased a new home and needed a couch, rug, ottoman, and bedroom set to furnish the new home. Casey was our sales person. She was incredibly knowledgeable about products, availability, styles, color schemes and design in general. She was fun to work with and helped us coordinate a delivery date. We purchased all the pieces listed above. The furniture is very good quality and style. we are very happy! Prices were very fair with discounts available too. Casey is fantastic!

My wife, Icy and myself was in the store less than five seconds and was greeted by a knowledgeable associate. We were treated as VIPs and she was helpful throughout our experience. We closed on some furniture and received a gift tote of various products, which included the four-five year free refills on cleaning and protectant products for our home, furniture, glass/mirror, multipurpose, and hand washing supplies. Walked all the way through the store from one end to the other. Seen several employees walking around and hanging out around the front desk. You know not one of them said hi or asked if we needed help. Sorry to say but we have a budget of $20k to fill our new house but it won’t be here. Managers should tell their sales staff to meet and greet every customer because I did like alot of stuff in the store. But you loss your chance!

Don't buy from here unless you are okay waiting forever to get your delivery. We were told 2-3 weeks which was already a bit long, but now it's been 4 weeks and they can't deliver it for another 4 days (assuming there are no more delays). Wish I would've bought somewhere else but i already gave them my money. You should get a discount back on your order for having to wait this long. Will not shop here again. Ridiculous.
