We came in to look for a tall, lumbar helping recliner. Doug showed us the La-zy-boy chairs, their features, possible fabrics and also a loveseat that would accompany a chair, not match, but be in harmony. He was affable and knowledgeable. It remains to be seen if the items we chose hold up and stay durable over the course of time.
