We had such a great experience here! Drew was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out the right furniture. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The delivery was just as smooth. The delivery driver was kind, respectful, and especially patient with my elderly parents, which meant so much to us. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Got a great deal on a really nice couch/loveseat. Everything went well at the store and Lucas gave us a good deal. We set up free delivery on a day that worked for us. They told us we would be getting a free 32” tv with the purchase and that it would be delivered with the furniture. They scheduled delivery between 9-11am and didn’t hear anything from them until I reached out at 11. Communication not the greatest but overall the company does a good job and they did their best to make everything work.

We purchased a leather sectional from BoxDrop. The price, quality and service were excellent. Joey the Manager was very accommodating. He was quick to answer my numerous calls. He also has a lot of patience, given we changed our mind on the color several times. When it was time to take delivery, Aaron came in and set up everything. He’s a hard worker and very respectful. I highly recommend doing business with BoxDrop.
