I had an excellent experience with BoxDrop Huber Heights! From start to finish, the entire transaction was smooth and professional. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The delivery team was just as impressive—prompt, courteous, and careful with my furniture during delivery and setup. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers. I highly recommend BoxDrop Huber Heights to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
View on GoogleWe had such a great experience here! Drew was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out the right furniture. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The delivery was just as smooth. The delivery driver was kind, respectful, and especially patient with my elderly parents, which meant so much to us. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleGot a great deal on a really nice couch/loveseat. Everything went well at the store and Lucas gave us a good deal. We set up free delivery on a day that worked for us. They told us we would be getting a free 32” tv with the purchase and that it would be delivered with the furniture. They scheduled delivery between 9-11am and didn’t hear anything from them until I reached out at 11. Communication not the greatest but overall the company does a good job and they did their best to make everything work.
View on GoogleWe bought a king mattress from them (Maria) ❤️The customer service was Excellent! We got the best deal in town (believe me, I’ve been looking for about 6 months). Last night we slept so good! Thank you!
View on GoogleWe purchased a leather sectional from BoxDrop. The price, quality and service were excellent. Joey the Manager was very accommodating. He was quick to answer my numerous calls. He also has a lot of patience, given we changed our mind on the color several times. When it was time to take delivery, Aaron came in and set up everything. He’s a hard worker and very respectful. I highly recommend doing business with BoxDrop.
