I was in search for a queen size mattress for my 72 yr old mother. I went looking on Facebook marketplace and stumbled upon BoxDrop mattress store and saw some available options and asked if they still had any left. Ken answered back quickly stating he had items left but are going quickly. I told him the time I get off from work was out of his business hours. He said he would stay late for me to come look at what he had. I was so grateful because I was desperate to find my mother a mattress. He showed me everything he had, the prices, and information on them. He gave me the option to finance (which is what i ended up doing) and was very knowledgeable about it. I was sold a luxury mattress and box frame for a great price. He was extremely nice and knows how to run a business. I will be back to him for future mattress purchases. Thank you so much Ken!

Purchased a King mattress from Ken at BoxDrop Huntsville. He was super family and military friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From walking up to the building, he opened the door and greated my family. He made purchasing a mattress very quick and easy, all the while giving us a great deal!! He even helped coordinate a phenomenal delivery. Would 10/10 recommend anyone needing a new mattress to come here!

Ken was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and pleasant to do business with. The price was less than half that of the listing price. I drove almost a hour, Dropbox was VERY much worth my time! Can’t thank you enough!

Ken was absolutely Amazing!!! We tried several beds and I feel really good about my bed and adjustable base!!!! He even let me purchase and pick up later to make it convenient for me.
