I had a good experience at Ashley Furniture Industries. The associate Cres, was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. She listened to what I needed, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and comfortable. Overall, a positive experience with great customer service.

Arielle Yancho was awesome! Purchased a living room set and a recliner right before major surgery. Everything looks great, is super comfortable and arrived quickly. Arielle was friendly but never pushy and gave me honest expectations/opinions on quality, look and fit in my home. Delivery team was very nice and communicated timing very well. Great experience overall!

Carine was wonderful! She graciously let us take our sweet time (my hubs & I couldn't agree on almost anything). Hassle-free Experience: I shop for bedroom furniture every 10 years. This was our first Ashley purchase and Mr. Frank Swoope was extremely helpful, showed us, picky customers, around the store and patient with us. Give this man a raise and bonus, well deserved.
