When you are looking to buy your next bed/mattress, ask for JERRY DAVIS at Sleep Outfitters on Whitesburg. We purchased a bed from Jerry over 3 years ago. Jerry is very knowledgeable and very patient, we were in the store for about three hours trying out beds and trying to decide. Whatever features we were looking for, he found the beds that had them! This week we had an issue with the bed/remote, one side of the bed would not lift up on my Mom’s side of the bed. I called Sleep Outfitters and spoke to Amanda, who was also very nice. Jerry returned my call and took care of our problem. He promptly sent out service men, at no charge to us, to take a look at the frames and the issue was that we needed a new remote. Jerry was kind enough to ask the service men to switch the lifting frames on each side of the bed so my Mom’s side would raise and she could get out of bed with ease. We no longer had a warranty on the bed, it had expired. Jerry went above and beyond to help us get the situation taken care of with courtesy and professionalisms! Complete junk. This is my third bed. First two were great. The third bed is a joke failed after a year and no customer support. Quality is none existent. Once sleep no more gets your hard earned money they just leave you hanging. You definitely do not get any type of quality. Run don't walk away. Spend your money on a quality mattress not the sleep no more.

Danielle was extremely helpful!!! She was dependable, knowledgeable, kept her word on whatever she said she was going to do, and what her store and sleep number offered. She went well beyond what she’s required to do, all the while displaying great customer service!
