BoxDrop Lees Summit Mattress and Furniture

They have a great husband and wife team running this place. The selection is great for not being a big box store. The prices are even better! I am super satisfied with the sectional that they helped us pick out. And also the fact that the cushion covers wrap all the way around and are completely removable to be washed. Even the really expensive brands do not always have that feature. The covers usually only go halfway around the bottom of the cushion, which is one thing the owner pointed out, and I appreciated his insight on that. We were in & out efficiently with a completely satisfying purchase, and they even helped us load it onto our trailer. I also appreciate that they take Google pay! I would highly recommend coming here first if you are looking for a couch, sectional, or bed, before you visit the big box stores. Guarantee you will save at least 50%!!

My husband stopped in a few days ago and spoke to Bill, he was adament that we needed to go back and purchase our mattress. He was right! From beginning to end, Bill was welcoming, patient and answered ALL of my many questions. They had a good selection of mattresses for different price ranges and we ended up snagging an awesome bed. We were pleased so much so that we also purchased our daughter a new queen sized mattress and adjustable base as well. We will aslo be back in a few weeks to purchase a couch! Awesome experience and customer service.

I had such a great experience buying my new couch here! Bill was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. He was very accommodating to make sure my delivery fit my schedule and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and quality furniture!

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT buy your furniture here. We bought love seat and couch in April. We are not rough with our couch or anything and the bottom of it completely broke and so I reached out to the company immediately since this was only 4 month into having our couch and asked if they have a warranty and they responded with yes and that they would be able to handle it. I sent an email and 2 weeks later got no response. So I decided to go in person to the store and speak with someone, he acknowledged that he saw my messages but was “too busy”. He said he will get back to me the next day to fix the couch which I should have know was a lie when he decided not to help while I was there in person. It has been now ANOTHER week of still no response to yet another follow up email and so I guess I’m just out of a $750 couch 4 month in. I understand this isn’t luxury furniture and I’m aware of what I bought but I am wanting it FIXED or replaced for something that won’t break easily. But I can’t even get a response for that so here is my 1 star review and hopefully that might get someone’s attention to respond to me.

We had a great experience with Bill and Alicia at Box Drop Mattress and Furniture in Lees Summit. They gave us a GREAT deal on some really nice furniture. If you are looking for nice clean furniture and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg then this is the place to go!!! Bill will work with your reasonable budget. They have multiple locations and willing to price match.
