Furniture Mall of Missouri

This place is next-level when it comes to customer service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and offered bottled water and free ice cream — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately welcome. The staff took the time to show us around, answer all of our questions, and help us explore options without ever being pushy. The selection is huge, and the showroom is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. We especially loved seeing the mix of Amish furniture and trendy, high-quality pieces. If you’re looking for a furniture shopping experience that feels more like a boutique than a big-box store, Furniture Mall of Missouri is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Worked with sales reps Joy and Nathan. They were AWESOME they worked diligently with us to find very specific needs. The delivery fellas were also very kind, respectful to our home and did a great job also. There was however an error in our order and customer service was equally awesome in solving the issue. GREAT customer service all the way around! Do your furniture shopping in MISSOURI at the Furniture Mall of Missouri!

Just found the perfect recliner couch and had the best service! I think this is the most enjoyable furniture purchase I’ve ever made.

I feel like I’ve been living under a rock! This place was wonderful! When we first walked in they said welcome and offered my family and I a drink and snack. Then we had multiple people check in on us, but Greg was a great help! He’s our person. He made sure we were good and was knowledgeable but also didn’t pressure us at all. Also the place was beautiful with a ton to look at and get inspired by. The cafe was a nice touch, pretty sure the lady was making fresh brownies. And they have bicycles in the store, for you to ride inside… so that was extremely fun for my boys.

From the first moment we set foot in the store till we left ...we were treated professionally kindly and with upmost care. Our furniture needs were addressed ..Joy, .the sales associate was thorough in showing us appropriate selections according to the style, color, and fabric we desired. Joy was personable, informative, and treated us with excellent care. It was a wonderful experience! And both my sisters who were present with me felt the same way I did. Any of the three of us would refer other family members at friends to shopping at Furniture Mall for their furniture needs. Joy made all the difference in the world. I only pray that we will be receiving our living room furniture soon. We have no sofa and no love seat....and it is the holiday season. Happy Holidays to Joy and her family and to the family and everyone at Furniture Mall!!!
