My son recommended mattress firm in LEE Summit for my mattress. I went into the store And Zach the associate was very good and helped me to pick the right kind of bed for the way that I sleep. I have 120 days to sleep on it if the bed does not work for my back, I can go back get another bed or get my money refunded. The service was awesome. The delivery people were great. They were very efficient got my bed set up cleaned up everything that needed to go out with my old mattress they took that away. I think it was all done in like 15-20 minutes at the most. The delivery was free taking the mattress away was also free, which was a plus I’ve been very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely refer people.
View on GoogleThis is a great store. They take the time to talk to you about the way you sleep. Discuss pressure points. Main issues with maybe why your having issues and more. They are in no hurry to sell you a mattress. Their concern is, will the mattress help to give you the sleep you need with out all the other added problems. They were not pushy or saying that you need to buy it now. We spent about 1 1/2 hrs to 2 at the store. Tried many mattress finally found the one we like. Their 120 days to try it out is great and the no interest plan works for us. Happy no one tried to cheat me or scam me. They know their stuff. Manager and Sales floor employee were also very understanding and patient with us. I hope all that read this go to this store. If more people were like this. The world would be a better place.
View on GoogleJohn the store manager was amaizing! Great customer service is hard to find these days and he made my husband and I feel like he truly cared! We didnt feel rushed at all. He even set my 12 year old up on the super expensive bed with a movie to give her an awesome experience! We tried a few beds with the help of John to know what firmness we needed for our bodies, my husband and I liked 2 different beds but John and his knowledge helped us find one in-between the two that we love! I will recommend this location to anyone who will listen! Thank you again for all of your help!
View on GoogleHUGE thank you to Zach. For being what I would call a top of the line sales man. showed us multiple options for us found us a great deal. AND HE DIDNT TRY AND SELL US SOMETHING WE DIDNT WANT. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a mattress! Very knowledgeable associates here!
View on GoogleHonestly, I dreaded the chore of finding a new mattress. Zach was able to help me narrow down the search pretty quickly by asking me some questions. I knew the minute I layed on my mattress that it was "the one". That didn't stop me from trying out several more and finding a 2nd mattress for our guest room. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He actually made the experience fun. Im very excited for it to be delivered. Karen Oakes
