Super great service! Everyone was so helpful and kind. They even gave me a generous discount on one of the mattresses I bought after we had a little trouble completing the payment online, but it was resolved right away. Really appreciated their professionalism and customer care!

You should start off at this store and check out the prices/selection and then compare afterwards wherever you end up buying your new mattress. RON has the knowledge as I told him I needed a 52" x 72" mattress and he corrected "sounds like a 52" x74 or full". A Non pushy salesman, I compared a firm mattress model to my old one and am happy with the fraction of the cost it would of been for a name brand. I upgraded since the city was doing a free no hassle junk pick up day where they take in larger items like Old Tvs, sensible size furniture etc. They took my old mattress on Saturday and I paid this store a visit Monday. They do offer pick up and removal of old matress and have a way cheap reasonable delivery fee, but I brought my pick up and they loaded up on my truck bed. Had I known of their haul off services I might have bought a mattress sooner. What made me choose the store was that it was from what I could compare photos to the other furniture places and the reviews of the Google Maps the reviews from other customers are 100% real. If you are skeptic just take my word and stop by look around compare feel, sit, lay on mattresses and then do your shopping and be humbled when you come back and buy here. About 20+ Models set up ready to try out.

I wish I could rate the service and product separately: PRODUCT: I purchased the best mattress they had available. I laid on it in the store,for a long time and felt good. But after laying on it for more than 4 hours it sunk and I have the worst sleep ever. Now I actually get anxiety when I walk into my bedroom and see my bed. I asked for a spring mattress, I was told it was spring, this feels like foam (I can't confirm if it is spring). Worst sleep ever. Now I understand why there's no trial period. SERVICE: the older guy was wonderful, polite, great service, felt welcomed, answered every question.

A+ service from mattress store san diego. We went to the Chula vista location on a Saturday afternoon and they managed to deliver the mattress in about an hour. Very helpful man running the operation, will definitely be back next time we need a bed.
