Sleep Number

My husband and I went into Sleep Number on a fact-finding mission, expecting to learn the price was out of our reach, only to find it was quite affordable! Richard explained all of our options, helped us pinpoint our needs, and allowed us time to test mattresses and experience the comfort we were missing in our current bed. He also patiently answered all of our questions, and provided info for an awesome financing option, which led us to change our minds and order a Sleep Number bed on the spot! We are looking forward to delivery in only two weeks! Thank you, Richard! You were awesome 😁

We went to The Sleep Number store in Mechanicsburg, PA today. Richard was our salesman. He explained everything about Sleep Number mattresses. He encouraged us to try out mattresses and helped us establish our individual sleep numbers. We were given plenty of time to explore and try out mattresses. At no time did Richard steer us toward the more expensive mattresses, nor did he pressure us to make a decision but was very clear that we should be very certain about a purchase. We truly appreciated his information and manner. To be very candid, i did not assume we would make a purchase, but Richard, with his thoughtful, caring manner, guided us to make the best decision for us. We really appreciate that.

Our sales person Justin was very helpful and informative in getting us set up in our new sleep number bed. He had a great sense of humor and made us feel comfortable during the whole process.

My fiance and I have different sleeping preferences, and after a lot of trial and error (and money) with different mattresses and toppers, we had enough. We went to Sleep Number in Mechanicsburg, and Richard patiently helped us find a new mattress and base we think is going to be a game-changer. We tested three mattresses with different settings and I've never tapped my credit card so fast in my life. What an awesome experience- thank you, Richard!

It is always a pleasure visiting the Sleep Number store in Mechanicsburg, PA. Justin is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I purchased my 3rd sleep number bed today from Justin. This queen performance model is the perfect addition to our guest room. We want our guests to be as comfortable in our guest room as we are on our sleep number bed. We also love our sleep number true temp sheets which I also purchased for our guest room. I strongly recommend sleep number and Justin the manager of our store.
