The customer service is amazing! My wife and I went in looking for a mattress! Stuart was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! We were able to sit in a massage chair while shopping, which was incredibly comfortable…the prices are very reasonable. I recently had spinal fusion surgery and the mattress he helped us pick was perfect! We really enjoyed our experience!!!
View on GoogleWe were in need of a new bed, and Stuart at Box Drop - Dropped - into our lives at just the right time—pun intended! :) He worked around our schedule to set up a visit, and from the moment we arrived he was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. While it was easy to find a bed that fit our needs, we weren’t quite ready to make the purchase. Stuart never pressured us and reassured us that he’d be there whenever we were ready. About a month later, we reached back out, scheduled a time, and purchased the bed along with three pillows and a protective cover—and it has been worth every penny. Our backs feel incredibly better, and we truly wish we had done this years ago. We’re so glad we found a bed that is not only incredibly comfortable but also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Our house flooded a few weeks ago and we finally got our floors in and I called this company to set an appointment to buy a mattress. The owner met us at 9 PM to make sure we had a bed to sleep on tonight . He had high-quality mattresses at box store prices, and we were absolutely blown away by his knowledge and his professional professionalism . Please make sure to hit this guy up for your next couch or mattress .

He even opened his doors late on a Saturday just so I could get a bed on short notice. That kind of service is rare these days. Stuart was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and values his customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great products and even better service. Will do business again.
