Mattress By Appointment Ofallon

The all 5 star reviews are what caught me and my wife's eye but the building Matt works out of, not so much. BUT, don't judge a book by its cover! Matt is great, the price is great, the mattress, well, we are getting used to a split king because we've never had one, but are sleeping well on it. The adjustable base is great. Don't let the building fool you, its like a hole in the wall restaurant with the best food! We just moved out to the area and I called Matt on Easter Sunday and and although he was on his way to church, he answered the phone and he even let us make an appointment that day. He kept me well informed about the delivery and helped my wife set it up and tested the base to ensure it worked properly. Excellent experience, great person, great prices. I would recommend seeing Matt first before going anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience with Mattress By Appointment! Matt, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about all the products he offers and took the time to walk me through my options. He really made sure I understood everything so I could make the best, most informed decision for my comfort. He was also very easy to work with—no pressure, just genuine help and great customer service. You can tell he truly cares about matching people with the right mattress for their needs. I absolutely love the mattress he helped me pick out! If you’re looking for quality and someone who knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment!

Excellent job ! the whole process of buying my first great mattress I enjoyed every single moment and thank you for delivering my mattress and putting it all together for me

Matt was super easy to work with. No high pressure sales. I was looking for a new mattress for my daughter. Matt showed us several different options and let my daughter take as much time as she needed to try them out. And he gave us a great deal on the model we ended up going with.

We purchased a new king mattress, two pillows, and a king box spring from Matt in O’Fallon, MO. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and was not at all pushy. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family. From the very initial introduction to the final delivery! Everything was exceptional! I can’t wait to sleep on a real mattress now instead of adjustable blow up “camping mattresses” 😂 that I’ve had for years. A+
