The sales person was great! We found a affordable bed to fit our needs. We are happy with our new bed.
View on GoogleDan the man. Dan was so helpful and is full of information. He helped me pick out a perfect mattress addressing all my issues with side sleeping and sleeping hot. Taught me about adjustable bed. Plus gave me advice on sheets to use. Best mattress shopping experience I have ever had.
View on GoogleMy wife and I had been talking about replacing our mattress for ages. After shopping around a bit, we went in to see Dan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went back and forth and procrastinated buying for way too long before finally deciding on a Puffy Lux based on Dan's recommendation, which came with a collection of accessories at a price we were happy with (and was extremely competitive compared to other outlets nearby). It's been a few days since it arrived and I can honestly say I don't know if we've ever slept this comfortably. Thanks Dan!
View on GoogleDennis has been very helpful in helping us find the right bed. Dennis took his time to answer out questions and is very knowledgeable about the different types of beds We really appreciate the service we received at The Bedroom Store.
View on GoogleI have purchased from The Bedroom Store twice now. Both in 2021 and 2024. I am 32 with autoimmune disorders and chronic back pain and Daniel Roberts has been amazing to work with both times I’ve purchased here. He listened to my concerns and empathized and never tried to sell me on the most expensive bed. He just wanted me to get what I loved. I still love the mattress I purchased in 2021 but it was a Queen Size mattress. My wife moved in with me in 2022 and the Queen was just too small for us so we used her King when she moved in and use TBRS bed in our guest bedroom. If it was a King we definitely would be using it and now need a new one. The King size she has gave out on us this year. I went back to the store with my 22 week pregnant Wife and was pleasantly surprised to see Daniel there again. He has been there 11 years now and is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait for our new mattress and frame to arrive at our house in just 4 days! Thanks again Daniel!
