She took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and her thoughtful guidance made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine desire to help us find the right mattress truly stood out. We greatly appreciated her exceptional customer service.

I encountered an issue with my mattress delivery on July 26, 2026. Upon receiving the notification that my mattress had been delivered, I immediately contacted the mattress firm. I spoke with Calie,who checked the system and confirmed that my mattress had also been delivered on her end. I informed her that I had not received any delivery. There was nothing by my garage or front door, and I had already paid for the removal of my old mattresses to make room for the new one. Calie assured me that she would contact me back once she speak to someone at the warehouse when she called me back. She mentioned that the warehouse had confirmed the delivery and had provided photos as proof. However, I insisted that the mattress had not been delivered. Calie continued to assert that it had been delivered and sent over the photos. I pointed out that the address on the photos did not match my address. Calie responded by asking if I recognized the address. I said no. She displayed no compassion or willingness to assist me in resolving this issue. When I informed her that someone from the warehouse was not being truthful or that there had been a mistake, Callie responded with attitude and threatened to hang up on me. I then requested to speak with a manager. She informed me that the manager was at another location and provided me with his number and the warehouse number. I decided to call the manager and leave a message, but I received no response. I then called the warehouse and spoke with Scott, the assistant manager. Scott immediately recognized me and expressed compassionate understanding. He apologized for any confusion and assured me that I would need to sign for it. To my relief, my mattress was delivered as expected. Everything resolved satisfactorily. I would like to express my gratitude to Scott for his integrity, kindness, and compassion. He is the assistant manager at the mattress firm warehouse.

Derric was great yesterday when shopping for a new mattress! I knew the specs of what we wanted in a mattress, but didnt know what brand. Derric was very knowledgeable, and patient. Mattress Firm had a good selection of the type of mattress we were looking for, and had a great employee to help us find and purchase our new mattress!

Layla here was fantastic. Spent time explaining to me and my wife the different options on mattresses and helped us find what suited us and made the process super easy and relaxed. The delivery and installation was also quick and professional so all around the service here was great and we are incredibly happy with our new mattress.

My associate Chris was very attentive and super helpful. He broke down the different bed types and sold me on a mattress within my price budget AND sold me on a cooling pillow, which I am very excited to try out when it arrives. I will certainly be back to this location to get my next mattress!!
