This place has so many options and it’s here in West Bend! It’s so fun just to look and try out the furniture because they have a really wide selection.
I was unsure about the space I had so I gave measurements. It appears you are also welcome to measure on your own as they have multiple measuring tapes right at the door.
I would recommend using the skills of the people there. They are way too good at what they do to not utilize that!
The 2 owners were both there that day and looked at pics of the space and the measurements and figured out what would be the comfiest couch that would fit my needs. My bed is not my favorite place to sleep now.
Also, there’s been a red wine and coffee incident….

I came in yesterday looking for a sofa or sectional for my basement. At first, the lady there seemed nice. Explained the layout of the warehouse. Answered my initial questions etc. Then I got a phone call and was on the phone for about 20min. Not ideal, but I kept looking around as I was on the phone. Mind you, I was the only customer there and as soon as others walked in I hung up as to not disturb them. I quickly narrowed down to one sectional I really liked, but was a bit outside my price range. That's where things become a little odd. I asked questions about delivery, if things had to be ordered, and dimensions. I politely asked for a tape measure and saw they had three located on a man's desk (This guy didn't say a word to me btw, not one. It was very awkward). I ended up just picking up one of the tape measures that they didn't offer to me and went to go measure. It was a sectional and I clearly needed assistance. The two of them just watched from afar. I placed the tape measure back onto the desk and asked if prices were set. Lady said they were negotiable. I said I'd show my husband pictures and relay the info. They said nothing lol again, very awkward. I'm not sure if this treatment was due to me answering the phone, or if they didn't think I was a serious buyer (I look pretty young as well). I'm not sure. They have a decent selection, prices pretty on par with other furniture stores.
What they didn't know is I actually used to work at a furniture store as a salesperson. If it were me, I would have handed my customer the measuring tape. Offered to help measure (especially a sectional). Idk, the atmosphere turned cold very quickly, and with that guy just sitting there staring I felt uneasy. Like I wasn't being taken seriously. They were aware this was my first impression, so why not make it as positive as possible? Just very confused and honestly not sure if I will return with my husband for the sectional.

I recently purchased a couch and an oversized chair from BoxDrop. Melissa was very helpful with finding alternative colors available and helped make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was more than happy to carry pillows around the store so I could see how fabrics looked together. They helped me stay in budget so I could afford to furnish my new home with items I really love. Delivery option is an added bonus. Safe to say I will be returning for more items for my home.

I recently had an issue with a mattress I purchased a few months back, and Scott said he wanted to make it right. Even though they don’t take returns he was kind enough to sell me another mattress at cost. That’s great customer service right there. I will definitely be doing business with BoxDrop again in the future.
