Everton Mattress

Got this sectional about six months ago and it’s coming apart at the seams. The fabric is piling and looks terrible. You would think that spending over 2 grand would mean that you’d get at least a year out of it. Absolutely the poorest quality purchase ever made!! Would give negative stars if possible. So this is what we do to try and keep it looking nice.(Last picture).

Helpful but not pushy salespeople. Decent prices. A little more selection would be good, but we did find something to buy.

The quality of their products is good but do not do business with this company or anyone working for them. -Steven was the one who had helped me but over the course of weeks (yes weeks) i've interacted with just about all of them. Steven initially sold me on a mattress and bed combo, the bed of which he told me would arrive soon in a king size. Well that was wrong, and so he had me choose an alternative to have shipped. Mistakes happen. Now when the replacement bed arrives, we lug it into a truck and drive it not five minutes away to my apartment only to see they arrived completely broken and unusable. Their warehouse is in town, by the way, but again, mistakes happen. The replacement bed comes in and the lackeys they sent to bring it up 3 flights of stairs (because i didnt want to do it myself again) took it upon themselves to leave without removing all of the broken previous product and trash in my apartment, saying they'll "do it when the new bed arrives" going against what their manager just got off the phone telling me. A clear lack of actual communication and follow through. This is already the third issue since doing business with them, but it still does not end. Weeks after I receive the replacement bed and rejoice in thinking I wont need to deal with these shady people anymore, I receive a credit card in the mail under my name that everton had signed me up for, despite STEVEN assuring me that he was going to shred the application and that I had "nothing to worry about" Well I did - He lied that day or I would not be submitting tickets with synchrony bank to close this fraudulently opened credit card in my name. (If you have not heard of synchrony, stay well away. When I was informed their financing was through synchrony I immediately requested the application be cancelled and the paperwork be shredded, to which I was falsely assured it would be done) I still own the mattress and quite enjoy it but do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this building. Wilson Bates has amazing deals and even better customer service. Even going as far as to honor their recently ended memorial day deals to order stock I wanted. Give them your money, not these hacks.

A very good variety of furniture at competitive pricing. Mattresses are manufactured nearby and most furniture is US made. We got an outstanding deal on a piece of wall art. Couldn't be happier. Friendly staff. Worth a look.

bought a mattress from the Twin Falls location on 4/16/2025 and set up customer pick up from the Filer factory for today, 4/25/2025, as stated on our paperwork. Initially they had the wrong mattress on the paperwork but that was remedied same day in store. So imagine our surprise when we arrived at the factory, from our home in Hazelton 45 minutes away, to be told that our mattress was missing. The guy working the warehouse attempted to fabricate a story that he had called my husband to confirm the delivery address yesterday, 4/24/2025, as only our PO Box was listed intentionally, as we were picking up. No one ever called my husband. A driver called us this morning and advised us that we could pick up the mattress anytime AT THE FACTORY. So imagine our frustration after driving 45 minutes to pick up our mattress as scheduled on our paperwork to be told that someone had loaded it on a truck and sent it to the store. The man working the warehouse did arrange for delivery today, to our house, however that does not excuse the gross negligence and inconvenience. As customers spending just under $1700, we expected better customer service and organization from this company. We will never purchase from this company again and are significantly disgusted with the treatment we have received. Train your crews better.
