Brandon and his staff were very friendly and willing to help. They have quite a selection to choose from. We purchased new living room furniture and we love it. Great experience with purchase and delivery. We would highly recommend the Brandon House.

In store my purchase experience was good then I waited the 5 weeks for my furniture to be delivered. They delivered my sectional couch to me missing a main piece a recliner chair from the center of the sectional. When I went there the next day to see what they were going to do for customer satisfaction they told me that they would have it in 5 weeks and then deliver it then. Didn’t give me any money back on deliver fee or anything. They just smiled and shrugged their shoulders. So much for their website stating customer service is important to them. Don’t listen to that lie.

Brandon House of Furniture has such a lager selection to choose from. High quality furniture. The staff are just amazing, they don’t rush you or try to pressure you into buying anything, and they are so friendly. We have brought many pieces from them they are our go to furniture store.
