Mattress Firm Shops at Harborview

I visited the store several months ago to do some research. I spent a good deal of time with Mel, who was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and patient with me. Not once did he try to push a sale. Based on my reaction to a certain mattress, he would offer another option, and helped me narrow down my choices. When I returned on President's Day weekend, he remembered me, and pointed me to the mattress that best suited my needs during my previous visit. The bonus: it was already on sale. Byron, the store manager, was also very personable and helpful. While I finalized my transaction with Mel, a customer entered, asking for a mattress and boxspring. Byron led him to the appropriate section and discussed the customer's needs. My point is that neither one of these sales staff tried to convince me (or other customers) that they should buy the most expensive mattress in the store. They genuinely try to suit the customer's needs and find the best solution within the budget..

I had the pleasure of meeting Byron my Salesman. He was absolutely amazing and showed great interest in selling me the perfect mattress that fit my needs. Fortune was a pleasure and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable on all of the mattresses and accessories. She explained everything and made the process very easy for us. She is definitely a sleep expert for sure! Bryon was also very friendly and professional. He stepped in and made sure we had everything finalized and knew all the next steps. I'm glad we stopped at this location before going anywhere else!
