I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I was sold a used box spring that had two holes in it, and I was never informed that the item was from the outlet or that it was used or damaged at the time of purchase. After delivery, the delivery team pointed out the damage and told me to contact Mattress Firm to see what could be done. When I reached out, I was told there was nothing they could do because the item was supposedly an outlet purchase and considered final sale. This response is unacceptable. Selling a used and damaged item without disclosure and then refusing to offer any type of resolution is poor business practice and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on this experience.

Went to mattress firm on outlet-Suffolk 1217 N Main st. 23434. Roscio Ricks was such a respectful young man who educated me and my husband on our new purchase! God bless him the way he explain everything.

I purchased 2 mattresses which did not work for us. They were good mattresses, however the firmness was not sufficient. Khardscia (KD), the salesperson helped me by coordinating the transfer of mattresses although I am located in another state. I was able to try the mattresses at a MattressFirm where I live, call KD in Suffolk and get a better grade of mattresses with minimal additional cost. I did not mind the additional cost for mattresses we can get a good night’s sleep on. Now I just need to coordinate delivery in the near future. Great job Mattress Firm. Good working with Khardacia.
