Brenner's Furniture & Mattress

It was a pleasure working with Lance! I called and told him what we were looking for, he send me several pictures, so we went in and met with him. We found what we were looking for and more! We also wanted it delivered same day, as we had just built a house and had nothing to sit on. It just happens to be a Friday afternoon and the delivery guys were just getting ready to leave. However the agreed to load up all the furniture we purchased and brought it out right then! 20 minutes later they were at our house with all our furniture! We are so happy with the furniture and the service! We plan to go back and purchase more as soon as we get settled! Thank you Lance, the delivery guys and Brenners!

We have been shopping for bedroom furniture for our new house. We went many store. They weren't bad just didn't have what we were looking for or were too pricey for what you got. Not Brenner's. They were amazing and reasonably priced. We worked with Carrie and she was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Not only did we find what we wanted but because the prices were so much better we ended up getting many more items for the new house. Highly recommend this place. Update 11/25/25: unfortunately I'm updating this review. My experience was still great. However we feel like we were over promised on our delivery. We were clearly told delivery would be 2 weeks or less with an emphasis on less given their sale going on and that they would likely have more deliveries in our area before the two week mark. We are approaching two weeks and have heard nothing (communication is key IMO). Called and are now we are being told it won't be for another week and how the holiday impacts it. Well they could have planned for the holiday when we bought everything and factored that into the delivery timeline. It's really unfortunate because we've been so excited for the new bedroom furniture and sleeping on a mattress on a floor waiting for it since we moved into our new house. I'm a big stickler for over promising and under delivering. Still recommend them but if you live out of the Eugene area caution you on delivery expectations. It also doesn't help that they had black Friday signs up stating immediate delivery.

We have always had a mish mash of different furniture we brought to our first home. We were ready for a cohesive, well balanced home. The experience we had with Carrie was more than we could have hoped for. From intuitively picking up on our preferences based on pieces we gravitated to, directly asking questions that would lead us to which items we would like, finding items that matched my husband's style to mine and making them compliment each other, and her funny and bubbly personality, she was fantastic to work with. As someone who HATES shopping, I had a blast working with her. If I could give Brenner's and Carrie 10 stars I would. Bonus?? We came in under budget. Loved this entire experience!

We recently updated our household furniture with new from Brenners. They carry good brands including local Oregon makers. Casey was who helped us. He was personable, knowledgeable and did excellent follow-up. The rest of the Brenners team were all super helpful as well. Highly recommended.

I visit Brenner's regularly when our family needs furniture. Lance Miles assisted my husband and I recently when we were shopping for end tables for our living room. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Check-out was quick and easy. We were able to have the tables loaded into our truck immediately. They look great in our home. Thank you Lance and Brenners!
