Best customer service hands-down goes to Julia. She is just amazing! Julia so knowledgeable About their products and really took her time with me I made me feel comfortable. I was able to try different mattresses and to find what was best fit for my needs and my back issues. Relocating from California this is something very important to me as you know when you get older you really feel it. Shout out to Julia for listening to me, being personable and just a great person!

I purchased a tempur-pedic base and mattress, and if you know anything about them, you know they are expensive. So, the sales woman said I can get an interest free loan as long as I pay it off in 18 months and make each payment and not skip a month. She explained that Wells Fargo would tell me and calculate what the monthly amount would be in order to meet that before the 18 month clock ran out. And as long as I paid that amount that I’d be good. Well, 8 months later, I’m looking at my statement and it’s just not making sense. I would have needed to be making $420 dollar payments a month! She was incorrect in explaining the terms of the bed. I was paying what Wells Fargo told me because I trusted what she said, but I really needed to double those payments in order to avoid interest. I’m really bummed she didn’t explain things more clearly. But I do love the bed. It’s amazing! Edit: the owner reached out to explain what might have happened, the wrong payment amount entered with Wells Fargo, it should have been equal payments, not minimum monthly or something like that. She was very apologetic and very genuine. I loved that she cared enough to reach out to see how she could help. I also have to admit it was partially my fault for not doing the math myself as opposed to relying on someone else. 🙈
