My experience with Rife's was great. The salesman was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I bought a beautiful couch and ottoman during a great sale. Most couches now, the back cushions are not attached. I hesitate to purchase those because past experience meant constantly having to adjust back and seat cushions on the daily. The couch I purchased has hooks on each end of the seat cushion to help keep it in place! Love that detail.

After finally giving up on my 20+ year old lounge chair, I went to Rife's to see what they had to offer as a replacement. I walked out after purchasing a chair thpat I'm pretty sure will last me for the next 20 years. The help I got at Rife's was the perfect amount: introduce me to the best product to fit my lifestyle, show me the benefits of this particular chair, and leave me alone to try it out and make a decision. No pressure, just help. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful couch - thank you. I also want to commend the delivery company - the guys took away our old furniture and moved the new furniture around a bit because I wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted it. Also they returned an hour later because they found our remote control and a credit card in the old couch. How embarrassing. Truly class acts. THANK YOU!

The salespeople are friendly, helpful, listened to what we were looking for and were never pushy. We had the time to sit and relax as long as we wanted, James even brought us water, and left us to allow us time to talk. Even after we still wanted to shop, James showed us more of what we were looking for. We did make a purchase and looking forward to the delivery soon!

I was looking for a place where I could pick my furniture. Couch and a loveseat recliner. Where I would be able to match them with the fabric and colors of my choosing. Most places I found could not do this until Rife’s! I know I’m going to love them because I was able to do exactly what I wanted. And David helped me so much with designing and knowing what would look and feel good! Wonderful place!!
