Sleep Number

Lexus helped us today at the Eugene store. We went in there without the biggest budget, and she had no problems matching that budget and helping us find the perfect bed. She didn't try to pressure us into spending more then we could, which we really appreciated. She met our needs perfectly. We really appreciated her knowledge about each type of bed she showed us. Very kind person to work with.

I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. I was searching for a good bed pillow to sleep on. It's been a challenge over the last couple years trying to find a good decent pillow that doesn't hurt my neck. Dillon was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He explained about the different materials and styles. He has great customer service skills, was very patient and kind. They have a wonderful selection of pillows there. If anyone's looking for a good pillow, go there. They have a pillow wall with every type of pillow they sell that you can try out in the store. I highly recommend them. If you go to the Eugene store, ask for Dillon he's awesome.

We had a great experience in the store, no high pressure sales. Lydia was our sales rep and she did a fantastic job! After walking us through the different options she handed us a print out and suggested we go have lunch to talk it over. After much consideration we purchased the I8 with a base and we are very excited to have it delivered. Definitely worth the visit, but I would suggest shopping for the sheets, Amazon sells them for considerably less. That being said I have not been able to compare the quality just yet.

I'm super impressed with the sales staff at this store! Lance in particular. He spent lots of time with us and answered all of our questions, with no pressure. He even helped me measure the base to see if it would fit inside my four-poster bed frame. (It did!) The whole time I was there, not once was Lance (or any of the other staff) distracted, hurried, or bored by all our questions. He clearly knows the value of the product he sells and is excited to share that knowledge. Such an amazing experience!

I had the most awesome service from Jerrod. The store was super busy but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. He helped me select a mattress, base, sheets, bed frame and headboard. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Only downside is that I purchased on 9/4/18 but have to wait till 10/30/18 for delivery. The product is made after you order. Also be aware that the 100 day return is only on the mattress--Not on the base. Overall a great experience
