Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses

I needed to purchase my son’s first mattress and Bob H. was such a big help. He was so friendly and personable. He was very informative about the different mattresses and what he thought would be best. All and all my son is very happy with his brand new big boy bed! Thanks for all your help Bob!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Cardi’s Furniture, specifically their repair service department. They came and repaired my Mom’s recliner, promptly and efficiently, even though it was an older chair. The service men were super courteous and friendly, as was the Customer Service department when I called. I highly recommend Cardi’s and will definitely be returning to Cardi’s for my future furniture needs. Thank you, Cardi’s!

Cardi's ownership, take note. Bob H from the Fall River location was just the person I needed. A couple years back I purchased a 5 piece bedroom set from Cardi's which I love and am extremely happy with. I decided I wanted symmetry to my bedroom layout and wanted a matching 2nd nightstand. Called up and got Bob. I gave him my wants and he quickly found me in the system, took down a sku, ordered and had ready for me in a couple days. It literally couldn't have been scripted to go better for a consumer. Walked in and was greeted by Bob as if I had been there for every piece of furniture I had ever purchased. This is definitely a long winded review but when I am a happy shopper, I'm a forever shopper with a business. Thank you again Bob. Look forward to passing this experience along to anyone looking for a personal touch to their furniture needs. See ya soon.

Joe in Fall River saved the day! He supported me in getting the best and most cost effective mattresses for my daughter’s new bunk bed which was just delivered (fyi Cardi’s does Not include mattresses with the bunk beds). In all of 15 minutes, the mattresses were picked. He then swiftly got on the phone with delivery in an attempt to expedite my delivery, which worked! It was a very rough day for my family and we almost had to cancel our very special Birthday dinner, but the mattresses were delivered in 2 hours. Service was excellent! Not only was Joe empathetic, he was honest, polite, professional, pleasant, and worked really hard to help us! We appreciate you, Joe! Thanks again. - The Sullivans

Update: Went in and ordered a sectional. Was told delivery would be the 20th, 8 days out. I get a voicemail and they can’t deliver till the 29th. I call to cancel and was put on hold for like ten minutes. They say Daryl will call me back. He does and let’s just say he’s no Robert. He was obviously pissed I was canceling the order and he hung up on me. So I take back what I said about referring this store. I’ll drive over to Jordan’s where everyone is a Robert. In a world full of Daryl’s be a Robert. End of update. After days of driving up to MA I needed to sleep. So I went bed shopping online and most places couldn’t deliver the same day. Understandable. So I figured since I have to wait I’ll go in person and browse. I went down the street to Cardis. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Robert. I’m not even sure how he saw me as he was on the other side of the store but he did and he welcomed me as he walked over. He explained the delivery process as we walked over to the beds. He was clear, direct and respectful. I found a mattress and frame relatively quickly and they BOTH could be delivered that day. Robert brought me to his desk to get everything written up and as he did he said I made his job easy finding a bed I liked so quickly but tbh he made it easy for me. He was very personable and chatted about his wife and certain experiences we shared. He also helped me figure out what type of couch I could get up to my apartment. Delivery was later that day and the delivery guys were amazing. I’m on a third floor walk up with narrow hallways and the delivery guys had no problem. I mentioned getting more furniture and they also suggested the same couches as Robert. For once, everyone was on the same page and not trying to upsell me. Setup was a breeze and I slept like a baby. I could not be happier with both the service and the products. 10/10 will shop there again and will recommend this particular store to friends and family.
