Christine was amazing! She allowed us the time to make a decision and sat through the process of ordering with a lot of knowledge and patience. My custom order is being delivered on Tuesday which is well within the time frame I had expected. Christine was a super sales woman and I highly recommend her to all my family and friends!

We recently received our delivery from Cardi's. We purchased two chairs and a recliner, our salesmen was Bill Kulik, he was great to deal with. We got custom fabric so there was multiple communications and Bill always returned our calls immediately. He was great. From a delivery perspective the two young men that delivered our chairs were outstanding and went above and beyond. We live off a private road. Our house is close to a 1/4 mile from the main road. There was still ice on the road and they were concerned they would get stuck if they went down the road with the truck. I saw them at the end of the road so I drove out to see what they were doing. When I got there to my surprise they were unloading the furniture. They were planning to carry it by hand all the way down the snowy icy private road to our house. Talk about going above and beyond. I have a van so I offered to put it in my van and drive them in. At first they declined and said no they could carry it. I insisted and they gave in. I was very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to those guys and Kudos to Cardi's from hiring great people.

We were delighted to discover shopping for a sleeper sofa at Cardi’s with our salesperson, Christine. First, there was a variety of sofas in different fabrics to choose from. There was also a range of reasonable prices. Christine had us sit on each one and even pulled out the bed to demonstrate the ease and quality of the furniture. We compared 2 other stores but came back to Cardi’s as there was no comparison. Too make it even better we were able to get immediately delivery and a terrific finance package- thanks to Christine going the extra mile. The best part was when our first guests were amazed how comfortable the sofa bed is and how perfectly it fits in our den! Thanks Christine! We will be back to Cardi’s!!
