Where do I begin - I was in need of furniture for my aging mom’s assisted living apartment and went to Cardi’s in Swansea Tuesday evening after dinner and was greeted by the most gracious and welcoming hello as I walked in — I looked around and noticed a man bearing a big smile walking towards me welcoming me to Cardi’s — The General Manager — Bob Zemko — Bob listened to me about my dilemma and challenge and said let’s begin with a bed and work our way around your mom’s apartment — and so it began - an amazing experience and a total care approach as Bob brought me over to Ray to utilize his experience on the right mattress for my mom - Ray was knowledgeable and friendly and extremely helpful to choose the best mattress and fit for my moms bedding and then I was introduced to Anna who helped me with choosing 2 swivel chairs, a bureau, a TV table, a dining table and 2 chairs, a night stand, and of course Ray & Bob has helped with the bed, mattress and Anna was so helpful with the order including pillows and mattress pad and delivery options - all the paperwork was organized and ‘the team’ worked effectively to make me feel like I was their only customer — a simply outstanding experience when a furniture store team can provide such a WOW experience !!! Thank you Anna, Bob & Ray and thank you Ron & Pete for inspiring such an amazing team at Cardi’s Swansea!!!! Ron & Pete this is the result of your Swansea Team’s help - my mom is delighted!!! It looks like a completely different room thanks to your team

Great experience shopping for a new mattress! This was my first visit to Swansea Cardi store and very impressed! I went in particularly to purchase a new mattress and they had an excellent selection to try out. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and provided great assistance with helping me select a new mattress. While I was there, I took some time to browse the showroom and there was very good selection available for living room, dining room bedroom and patio furniture.

I always return to Cardi's because I love the quality of their furniture!! Josh got me to return to the store to replace my couch that I purchased from Cardi's more than 9 years. Josh is such a nice sales person, he sent e-mail advising me that since I did not use my service contract that I had a store credit, so I decided that it was time for me to purchase the sectional that I had been eyeing for a while. He and the store manager had me in and out of the store very quickly and I received my order two days later and I love my purchase and I know it will last me for the next 10 years as well. Thank you again Cardi's.

We were greeted by the salesperson Nicholas Madeira when we first entered the store . He was very polite and explained the procedure and allowed us to shop comfortably without pressure and when we needed him he was nearby . He was very attentive to our needs and very helpful and knowledgeable and so we bought the furniture we absolutely loved and he made it a pleasure to work with. I found Cardis a comfortable, pleasant environment to shop and I definitely will return if I need anything else . Also the staff at the desk to process the sale were so kind and it felt like one happy family working and I’ve never experienced that in any other furniture store

Looked for new living room furniture. Bought a lovely sofa and recliner. Our salesperson, Thomas, was very knowledgeable and very helpful in our selections. No "pushy salesman", just "No stress " shopping!
