We just dropped by to see what Carol House had to offer. It had been a long time since we had been furniture shopping & was waaaY overdue!!! We looked for living room furniture & desired either a loveseat or recliners for our loft area. My husband is very tall & we were looking for something that supported and fit him well. Ava took us to the perfect one! It was our first stop & my husband was so impressed! I thought we would keep looking, but he said he loved it & we bought it today! We never do that on the first stop! We are looking for future purchases for our kitchen, living room & bedroom!

Unfortunately the person with us kept hovering. So it was very hard to have a discussion between the wife and I about what we were interested in and what we were liking as we were looking at it. We will be going back again just to look some more hopefully we get someone who is not a helicopter Edit: so we did come back, and we spoke with the manager as well. The person who greeted us this time when we walked in was amazing, allowing us to look around at ease and not be pressured or anything. I will only give a shout out to the person who did amazing, Alayna was a phenomenal person who showed us everything and took care of us from start to finish without being in our way whatsoever. Did a great job showing us everything that we needed to see and we made a decision on an excellent power sleeper!!! Glad I came back and was taking such good care of. And also thanks to the manager Chris, and the owner for asking me to come in and talk to them about it. With Chris's and Alayna you guys got my business!! Funny side note I was extremely in love with this sofa, then Alayna told me that it is a power sleeper and that each side pushes out to be a Chase, making me fall in love with it LOL.

I recently bought a couch and arm chair from Carol House. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Kristen was amazing, she was super patient with me while I was looking around the store. She was very helpful answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction. Everything looked perfect when it was delivered. Highly recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was so excited; I was getting my new Howard Miller bookcases after waiting 10 weeks for my custom order. When they were delivered, my anticipation turned to total disappointment. The centerpiece bookcase was dinged, the finish marred, several areas were not stained at all. These are admittedly problems with the manufacturing process. However, after the problems were noted upon delivery, the delivery team sent pics to the delivery manager and spoke with the manager. The manager stated they would contact me after they received the pics. These damages are obvious and should have been identified in Howard Miller’s quality control. At the least, Carol House staff should have noted them when the bookcases were shipped to them. I never received a call back from the nameless ‘delivery manager’ and called Carol House back; was sent to voicemail and promised a callback by end of next business day. This did not happen either. The bookcases were $3,000. Shame on me for not doing my homework ahead of buying them. I expected quality merchandise from Howard Miller, I did not get that. I expected quality customer service from Carol House, I did not get that. I’m now looking at the process for filing in small claims court. I’m so disappointed because, yes, I do “like nice things” and Carol House failed to deliver.

My wife and I ordered a sectional from Carol House Furniture for the first time. The service at the store was fantastic, and so were the delivery guys who brought us the sectional and set it up in our new 5th floor loft downtown. Carlos Senior and Carlos Junior were extremely professional. They were driven to have our 5-piece sectional delivered and set-up in spite of the troubles we had with our elevator. With service like this my wife and I will definitely make another purchase at Carol House.
