We had a wonderful experience shopping at Bob's. My wife and I visited the Manchester location over a year ago and had the pleasure of having Jared as our sales rep. He explained he wasn't going to hover or pressure us at all. We ended up not finding anything at that time but help on to his card. Flash forward a year and we were able to have Jared as our guy again. We left with a new loveseat and rug that get delivered in a week!! I highly recommend Jared and Bob's on Manchester!!

Our salesperson was Terry. He was very nice, informative. Worked with our million questions without losing patience or getting frustrated. We ended up going with the Viking.

We had a great experience at Bob’s, finding our sectional couch . There was no pressure. The sales specialist introduced himself and said he would help us if we had questions. He did not follow us around like a car dealer salesman. It was more relaxed and we could look around comfortably. When we did have questions our specialists was willing to help . We did end up purchasing the couch the next day. We had to go home and measure first . It was an easy transaction, no pressure on purchasing any extra warranties. They were offered, but no pressure involved to purchase . We will be picking up our couch, since the delivery fee was pricey.

Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had buying furniture. I found exactly what I wanted and I was out in 15 minutes of finding what I wanted. I will get my furniture in two weeks. Nathan at Manchester MO location was so easy to work with.

Amazing, no-pressure buying experience with Steven. We have re-furnished our living room twice in the last 10 years at this Bob's based on experiences like we had yesterday with Steven. Been walking showroom floors at other places the last few weekends and walked in to Bob's to do a final comparison on what we thought we had already decided to buy elsewhere. We were immediately impressed by the difference between the high-touch, high-pressure sales tactics of some other showrooms we had visited and the experience at Bob's. Steven was welcoming, but also willing to give us space to just browse right off the bat. He was very knowledgeable and willing and able to answer any questions we threw at him about each collection we were interested in - especially given the fact that our living room space would require whatever modular option we chose to be customized. Steven never kept us waiting with any follow-up questions we had, but importantly he also wasn't sitting on top of us the whole time or interrupting our sidebar conversations to interject his opinions or to ask us if we'd made a decision. Bonus points for his willingness and patience in dealing with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old repeatedly interrupting our conversations with him as well. Steven was awesome to work with, and the selection and pricing is exactly what we were looking for. We could not recommend this Bob's location or salesperson more. Ask for Steven the Navy veteran.
