Mattress Firm Manchester Highlands

I had the most wonderful customer service from Brendan at the Manchester/Highlands Boulevard Mattress Firm this week! Brendan was immediately warm and friendly from the get-go, prioritizing my wants and needs, asking about the budget and having all the knowledge to recommend some really fantastic mattresses. This was the first place we decided to go to simply to test out some beds and get a feel for the firmness and style we wanted. He never made us feel pressured to buy right then and there, giving us the opportunity to try everything. We ended up leaving just to try out a few other places to get some other options, feeling a little let down by the other options we looked at elsewhere. This brought us back to this location where we ended up buying the first mattress we tried from Brendan. Not only was he knowledgeable, but so kind and a wonderful conversationalist. He and my boyfriend hit it off while we searched around the store, creating a really comfortable space for us to be open and honest about the mattresses we were testing. Brendan was truly so significant in our decision process! We wish him all the best! We also met Devin during our shopping experience and he was also super helpful and warm. These two guys rock!

We had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Devin! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. The entire process was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. A special shout-out to Brendan as well. My wife absolutely loved hearing about how he fosters animals and gives them a safe place to stay until they find their forever homes. It was great to see such genuine kindness and compassion—it really made the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for excellent customer service, honest advice, and an overall fantastic buying experience, we highly recommend stopping by and asking for Devin. We'll definitely be back for any future mattress needs!

Brandon and Devin are delightful! They’re very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and truly enjoy helping you find the bed that will work best for you and your budget. Mattress shopping is not fun, but these guys made it enjoyable. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Manchester Highlands for selection and customer service.

I was welcomed and had a great experience. I was undecided about what size bed I wanted and John was very helpful with helping me choose. He showed me several mattresses to try in my price range and I made a purchase. I’m pleasantly surprised that it will be delivered in two days.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today while purchasing my mattress. Emily helped me through the process and made sure my needs and wants were taken care of without ever making me feel pressured or pushed into anything. She was helpful, patient, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location.
