Real quality, Sleep Expert, Charlie was awesome and upfront. Even after looking around this was the place we came back to! We managed to score an awesome deal and even threw some extras for us on top of that! Can't recommend this place enough over the competition on Prospect Ave.

Britni is as by far the best saleswoman we have dealt with!! She made our experience personable. She listend to our needs on what we wanted and what price range we wanted to stay in. She made us feel like she truly cared about our sleep. As someone that has been in customer service, I can truly say she was the very best i have encountered (not pushy at all). Thank you so much Britni!! I would of gave 5 stars. The delivery service on the other hand. Literally 🗣DR0PPED IT OFF at our door steps, didnt even bother to ring the door bell. We even left the front door open. After receiving the message they are on the way. Also i am glad we had a back door. We would of been blocked in.Other than that. I am happy with my purchase! This was absolutely the best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had. I tried other places and I felt like the sales associates were predatory and just out to price gouge me. Ashlee was absolutely incredible! She immediately put us at ease and we knew she prioritized our needs over anything else. She felt like a friend and someone we could trust. She listened to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She worked with our budget and it was the best deal hands down on our mattress by thousands of dollars.
