Mattress Firm Thurston Way

I love our new mattress. We’ve recently bought 3 mattresses and Honestly, this is the first mattress we haven’t had buyers remorse over. It’s actually fine w the boards on frame, it’s very soft on its own and I don’t wake up in pain when I sleep on it. I’m thankful we found Shawn and now going forward, will be relying on his extensive knowledge. A kind & helpful buying experience makes all the difference.

Dave was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to assess my needs, explain why I was "potentially experiencing" sleep related issues and which mattresses could offer "possible solutions". I took delivery of my new mattress yesterday and had the best rest last night that I've experienced in years. While I was told that I should wait 24hrs after set-up, I didn't have that luxury but was not disappointed. Huge thanks to Mattress Firm for offering a great product and to Dave (Vancouver store) for his knowledge!

The guys at the Thurston location were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to let us tryout each of the different bed choices and explained the difference of each type of mattress and their functionality. No pressure to buy, but we did. We look forward to our new bed experience.

We purchased a mattress from another company and received it without any bed frames . When I called that said store I was told that it doesn’t come with the bed frames and they don’t have any in stock and to call somewhere else and basically not their problem. I found mattress firms number online and called and I spoke with Shawn and he was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find a bed frame for our daughter’s room. When we arrived to the store he welcomed us with a friendly greeting and went right to work to find what we needed . He made it a really easy process and I think he deserves a raise. It was a pleasure shopping at the store and working with him. We will be back in the future. Thank you Shawn!

My grandson needed a new mattress and steered me to mattress firm off Thurston way. I was impressed with Dave's knowledge of all different types of mattresses and both my grandson and I learned specific info we never knew. Example: A cooling mattress isn't necessarily the right choice if you get hot when you sleep. There are other choices that offer the same concept but overall my grandson refrained from the cooling idea and chose the pressure smart tech plush mattress which was amazingly comfortable. So my eyes are set on a mattress that has a remote control that elevates head and legs, vibrates and has a light at the bottom of the platform. Check out mattress firm for deals coming up in the near future...Thanks to both Dave and Shawn. Shawn was helpful with the financing if you need that to get what you deserve since most folks spend at least 6 to 8 hours in their bed!
