Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Matt, shiny shirt guy, gave us time to walk the showroom. It was like he knew we found our pieces we were looking for when he showed up to discuss the next step. Help the final decision between the 2 colors husband and I were not agreeing on. The whole experience was fantastic - from walk the showroom, our product specialist, financing, to delivery.

Read update! Every time my husband and I walked into Bob’s we were greeted right away and Ria was Fantastic. She left us alone to look but was always available for our crazy questions. She helped us the first time we were in and remembered us when we came back. There is a lot to choose from but not overwhelming. We are set up for delivery and thank goodness they offer takeaway. The store and buying experience was easy and they offer finance. Highly recommend Bobs Furniture. Excited to receive my new couch. Update: Unfortunately I never received my furniture. I was emailed with day and was expected to confirm and did! Then the next day I received a message that they do not have all of my furniture in that I ordered a month ago. So I called and was told by someone I had a hard time understanding that everything was good and I was to expect my delivery. This happened 3 more times. The night before 7:30 pm we received a message that my delivery was rescheduled. Next morning received a text the delivery was on the way. We called and was told they to not have my furniture and are just picking up my furniture. NO WAY so they wanted to pick up my furniture and I am supposed to go without and trust they will be coming the next week. I had to cancel because I now do not trust the company. Canceling was surprisingly easy guessing this is normal behavior for customers service. Horrible customer service and delivery service!

Once we arrived, we were greeted by Christian, who was incredibly helpful. He gave us time to explore our options, answered all of our questions, and provided great insight into the delivery process. Thanks to his guidance, we decided on the Mod Bob sectional, and we’re so excited to receive it! Christian was wonderful to work with, and Mechelle was also very helpful throughout our experience. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service from both of them.

Spencer did an excellent job helping us set up a monthly plan for our new sectional, dining room set, mattress, and bed frame. He answered any questions we had and was very honest about everything. We recommend Bobs Furniture!! Great quality furniture for a great price!!

Our first trip to Bob’s in Canton OH and we thought it would be like a warehouse but it is a nice furniture store! Stephanie helped us when we picked out our new bed frame. Delivery was a nice, affordable option! The guys that delivered were great- on time and super nice. They were there to help us when we ran into issues assembling- even willing to send out a replacement. In the end it all worked out perfectly! We will definitely be back to Bob’s for more furniture needs!! Special Thanks to Nick too!! 😉
