Casper - Washington Square Mall

We had such a great experience at Casper today! Shay had a ton of product knowledge and helped us make a confident decision after weeks of being overwhelmed by mattress research. This was a pressure-free buying experience which we also loved. She even helped us load our new bed into our car. We are relived and so happy with our new bed, thanks Shay!

Collin was attentive and informative. He answered all of our questions in detail. We spent a good deal of time at the store with no pressure to buy anything. We ended up buying a split-king with Snow mattresses and the Lift Pro adjustable bed frame. That night, we decided we would prefer the Lift Max frame. We called the store and they arranged the change in the order. We received the bed yesterday and are very happy with the bed and the service we experienced.

Collin of Casper mattresses at Washington Square Mall was a great help and suggested the nap appointment to truly test mattress(es). I did that and found my Casper Dream. Sooo comfy for side sleepers!

Colin was a great help in selecting our new Casper! We decided on the king-sized Dream. This is our 3rd Casper mattress. So glad that there is a physical location where we could try them out! Excellent service! He coached us through the different features and how each affects a specific sleeping preference. He helped load it into our car and gave us locations of places that recycle our 10-year old Queen Casper.

Amazing experience today with Shay at the Washington Square store. Professional, knowledgable and helpful service. So unlike the other mattress stores. We look forward to getting our Casper mattress in a few days!
