Sleep Number

I previously owned a sleep number bed and was actually quite happy with it. It outlived its expected lifespan yet somehow I had convinced myself that I wanted a hybrid mattress. Which I purchased from another brick and mortar store. I was wrong. I gave it seven nights and I was miserable with the hybrid mattress. So, when I went into the Sleep Number store, I knew what I was getting. I received a friendly, yet professional greeting welcoming me in. I explained my situation and that I was familiar with sleep number. The associate explained a couple things that were new with sleep number mattresses. I laid on a couple options, made a choice and associate walked me through the sale. Pretty straightforward. The associate was friendly, professional, explained everything to me clearly. It feels good to be excited about a new bed, and I look forward to many, many good nights’ sleep!

David was great. A very personalized experience - a lost art in many places. Looking forward to the mattress arrival - will update review if not 5 stars thereafter. Should be great!

The best sales experience I’ve ever had. David is very knowledgeable about the products, kind, patient and never patronizing. And absolutely no pressure. Super professional and very good at his job. I’m sure the other reps are great too. They’re all about professionalism and service

David was incredibly helpful as we were exploring our options. Very easy buying experience!

David and his new associate in training were very kind, very knowledgeable in their presentation and demonstrations of the products on hand, which made the purchase we made and easy choice. It was a thorough start to finish experience that I was not expecting going into a Sleep Number store for the first time. I was impressed beyond expectations!! Thank you David
