Jennifer greeted me with openness and helped me laugh over my need to replace my cat-soiled queen mattress. I was in luck as they were having a sale which helped me to be able to purchase the Dream hybrid within my budget. I found her knowledge of the difference between mattress styles to meet my special breathing needs. I highly recommend getting an adjustable frame! Luis, the store manager, definitely helped me understand my sleep needs with the proper bed tilt adjustment.

Luis is amazing . Thank you for accommodating myself , mom, and my pup too. From trying to gain clarity over the phone for an older model casper , to learning not to get a traditional boxspring for a casper mattress. Luis let me know about two display/ open box models that he had in store that were my desired size. So I was able to take part in the savings and the bundle packages. The foundation was super easy to assemble, I never opened and read not one instruction, which is a plus to me. I ultimately went with a snow max, and there was one snow model left in a full size as well. If anyone wants it. You still get the same warranty with the open as you would thr brand new models. Luis is patient, kind, knowledgeable, a people person, great to talk to on the phone about casper products , super accommodating, and a pressure free salesman super star!

My experience at the Casper store in Novi, MI was wonderful. Great products, no sale pressure, and very knowledgeable and kind associates—Abby, Zee, and, Jen could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They gave us all the time and assistance we needed to choose the perfect bed. Thank you! The 12 Oaks Mall it is located in is incredible, too.

I stopped by Casper recently and had an awesome experience thanks to Jennifer. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and helped me understand the real value behind the mattresses. I left feeling way more informed, and I’m seriously thinking about coming back to buy one. If you’re checking out Casper, definitely ask for Jennifer. she’s great and made the whole experience so much better.

Spent $3,000 on a mattress only to have the edge collapse 5 months later and they are refusing to honor the "warranty." Spend your money elsewhere.
Update. After many calls and emails Casper finally sent a replacement... Then came the pickup of the old one. Days went by before the third party company they work with told me they couldn't/wouldn't pick up the defective bed. They wanted me to haul it away myself. After calling the store they sent a different company to pick it up.... When the pickup company arrived it was just one dude in a pickup truck. No uniform, no id, no markings on the truck and no help. I ended up having to help this guy move the bed.
