Rick put us on the best bed for what we were looking for first. Kingsdown as pictured was what we got. Rick was perfesional and knowledgeable. Hands-down, he used all the pro salesman techniques and they worked which we respected. Micah delivered and was clean and took care in the moving process. Finally Rick followed up with about 3 days ago checking with us if everything went well. TALK TO RICK HE WILL SET YOU UP! HES A PRO

I wanted to make sure that all transactions were completed and in place prior my review. This 5 star review is not only for Ahlijah C., but the entire sleep outfitters team the played a part in helping me get the best mattress at a price I could afford. When I walked in the Lennox location store I was greeted very warmly by Ahlijah. I explained to him my problem and with his great knowledge and expertise he fitted me with a bed and base, it had all the "bells and whistles". He patiently had spent a alot of time with me in which I was grateful, I had not purchased a new mattress and box spring in over 20 years! However the next day I had sticker shock and regret. After calling Ahlijah, I reluctantly admitted that I wanted a refund and was going to another mattress store to look for something less expensive. He reassured me that he could match the price and get the same mattress or better in my price range. I went to one store but did not feel up to going to the whole process all over again because of my back pain I tired easily. I went back to him and his manager Rick was there. They both were fantastic and they were able to work with me getting me into a bed that did not blow my mind price wise. I highly recommend going to see Ahlijah C. He is GREAT!! PATIENT!! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! The delivery guys came on Tuesday morning and delivered my new bed and box spring. They did a great job getting it in my room and removing the old. And the department that handles the money transactions did great in getting my refund and new charge applied in a timely manner. I LOVE MY NEW BED!!! Thank you Ahlijah C, and Rick and your manager for putting it all together for me. Your the best!!!

Our experience at Sleep Outfitters on Olentangy River Rd was awesome! From the start Kate took the time to assist us in finding the best mattress fit for us. We never felt rushed and she answered all of our questions. We appreciate the great experience and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Rick. He helped fit us for the right mattress and we can’t wait for it to be delivered. We enjoyed the experience of testing out mattresses very much with him. He showed us all of the benefits of each mattress and base and we left feeling very confident and informed about what we were buying.
