Chariho Furniture

After shopping at several furniture stores and not finding the right salesperson to help me I stopped into Chariho Furniture in Richmond, RI and was immediately greeted by Jess Sullivan. She was so welcoming and made me feel that I was at the right place. After the grand tour of the beautiful store she helped me design all my furniture. There were so many different colors of fabrics and woods it was overwhelming but Jess helped me eliminate and choose the ones that I liked. It’s difficult to pick from samples but it came together beautifully with her help. All my furniture was made from the Amish and WOW they know how to build furniture. Jess helped me design a countertop kitchen table along with matching countertop chairs for my kitchen island. My 108” dining room table is absolutely gorgeous with 10 chairs. My husband loves his new recliner and I love my leather living room couch and loveseat. I also bought a new solid wood desk for my office. It was well worth the few weeks to come in and the delivery men were so nice and set the furniture in the places I asked them to. I would absolutely recommend Chariho Furniture to anyone looking for furniture. Thanks again Jess!

We recently had a mechanical issue with a recliner we had purchased a few years ago at Chariho furniture. Stephanie was most helpful in assisting us with a solution. She was very professional and prompt in her communication with me. It was so refreshing to receive such wonderful service . I highly recommend this company for quality and service

Excellent customer service and a great selection of beautiful, high quality furniture. The delivery guys are always friendly and accommodating. Chariho Furniture has been our go-to furniture store for a long time. Thank you Stephanie, Jess, and the entire Chariho crew.

Everytime I see a tv ad about Chariho quality furniture I can’t help but laugh. Several years ago I purchased a lingerie chest from Chariho Furniture. The piece I ordered was able to be custom stained or painted according to your preference. I ordered it in white. Within a year the chest began to have brown stains bleed through the paint. I called the store, and they sent two men to look at it. Their response was we no longer do business with this company and there is nothing they could do. I paid almost $1,000 for the chest. So much for quality and customer service. No offer to replace it or even try to repaint it. They people are charlentans, and recommend no one do business any business with them. I wish I could include a photo.

We hadn't been to Chariho furniture in a while and was nicely surprised by their wonderful selection. Brenda helped us find the perfect couches and was patient and listened to all of our wants and needs. Her suggestions helped us find the best possible fit for our home, including fabric choices and trim color. Delivery was on time and and meticulous. Excellent experience and we will be back for any future furniture needs!
