Great experience at Mattress Firm. Had previously bought a mattress/box spring there 3 years ago, recently needed another new set. Lia (sales person/sleep expert) was outstanding; tremendous help throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and actually spent a few hours in the showroom. She was very friendly, not pushy in the least, answered all my questions and provided a lot of great advice. Really happy with the BeautyRest Black mattress and adjustable base that we bought. Delivery process was very quick and efficient; good delivery team. First weekend on the new mattress set was great and no morning back pain for the first time in months…. Overall, very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend Lia for sales/selection process.

This review is specially about my experience with Lia. My husband and I were on the hunt for a new mattress. She informed us that there was free delivery and 120 money back guarantee… said that’s why mattress firm is better than Cardis (across the street). We worked with her and purchased a mattress out of outlet. When checking out she informed us that the delivery would not be free because it was an outlet purchase. I didn’t know this when I first began the purchasing process but glad she eventually did tell us. She encouraged us to get the credit card to receive an additional discount. Shortly after I walked out of the store I noticed that the receipt said no returns/exchanges. I called her confused because that’s not what she told us in store. She said she would call back in 10 minutes. Over 90 minutes later I received a call back from her. I immediately canceled the order and unfortunately am now stuck with a credit card. During my in store experience she bragged about making “six figures” and being able to watch videos on her phone all day. Now I understand why she does so well. She give inaccurate information just to get a sale Awful experience and we are very disappointed.

I went into mattress Firm to get a mattress for my older brother and Deven was so nice and helpful. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and made the experience quick and easy and before I knew it we were done! Thank you so very much Deven. I’ll definitely be going back there in the future!

I had a new sales person Rich . He was very informed on the many types and styles of beds. I was looking for a run of the mill mattress but not junk . He talked about the options and I was confident with the decision.He knew his product. I didn’t purchase the sheets but they were on display in the showroom.I hope my delivery goes well .

Reggie was very nice to work with. His knowledge and patience made our purchase actually fun. He didn't "upsale" any products and really listened to what we were looking for in our sleeping habits and comfort expectations. Reggie, thank you so much!
