Emily was very professional and friendly. We enjoyed making our selections with her assistance. She was very informative and honest. She was extremely helpful even to the point that she carried our purchases and helped us to the car. It was such a pleasure working with Emily. All of her fine qualities aren’t seen very often in other salespeople.

We just bought the Melodia Technogel mattress from the Cardi’s South Kingstown location. We were very pleased with the customer service, in-store variety, and same day free delivery. The moment we entered the store we were greeted warmly by the salesperson Joshua A. He was attentive to what we were looking for and guided us to options with our price point and preferences in mind. He was very professional, and was knowledgeable about the products and warranties. Joshua provided the just right availability without any pressure or haggling. Our experience months back across the street at your competitor was not impressive and we did not make a purchase at that time. Today we chose to stay and purchase from your store without returning across the street for comparison. Thank you for the great shopping experience and future nights’ rests!

Joshua at this Cardi’s South County location is so knowable and personable. We went in twice looking for mattresses. We ended up buying a Casper but at the West Warwick store. The salesman was good but did not provide the knowledge that Joshua did. A couple of weeks after our purchase we were questioning our decision and stopped in the South County store. We learned so much from Joshua about our choice’s and left happy. Thank you Josh!! You go above and beyond.

We purchased two pillows and protectors from the South County Commons store. Salesperson Chris Boucher was terrific! Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He understood our needs and helped us choose the best options. That night we slept very comfortably. Thank you Chris!

Disgusted with Cardi and will definitely never go back to purchase furniture here. Went in with my elderly aunt who purchased a pair of matching recliners here a couple years ago. She purchased the extra protection plan to protect her investment. Well last November she needed to use her protection plan due to a broken component as well as ripped fabric. They came out to her house to only tell her the recliners she bought were discontinued so they couldn't fix it and also didn't have access to the fabric to fix it. They offered her a different recliner, which didn't suffice for her as she had a matching pair in a small room and didn't want mismatched chairs. They gave her a store credit for 189.00. She doesn't need anything from a furniture store at her age, but I went with her anyway to see what we could buy. The floor staff were 1 miserable than the next and we dealt with 3 and I think because we weren't looking for big ticket items, they had zero interest in helping us because they would get no commission. After looking around we realized there really was nothing she wanted or needed. She would need to spend money to use 189.00. So we went to customer service to simply ask for her money back. Being on a fixed income, not needing furniture, and the nature of being unable to use the protection she purchased due to no longer making her specific recliner this voucher was pointless. Well low and behold the customer service lady was just as rude. She continually threw out the accusation that she refused a new chair. She didn't refuse a new chair per say, she refused a chair that wouldn't match the set she originally purchased. It disgusts me that a large company with overpriced furniture making buku dollars off of their customers, couldn't give back an elderly woman the $189 to original payment method in this situation since the protection plan she bought was not useful at all. The only nice person in the store was a gentleman named Richard who worked in the mattress department. We spent every penny of the $189 in his department buying pillowcases and blanket throws. None of which she needed and could have better used the $189. However, we were happy that we at least met one nice employee. But to Nick, Ron and Pete Cardi, it's time to do better. This was a horrible display of customer service. Boycott Cardi Furniture!!!
