⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Cozy Igloo + Exceptional Customer Service! I called Cardi’s to order a loveseat over the phone, thinking it would be a quick, simple purchase. What I didn’t expect was to meet KELLY — who turned my wild holiday idea into something she got just as excited about as I was! I explained that I was creating an outdoor holiday igloo (yes… an actual igloo!) and needed a comfy, moderately priced loveseat. Kelly didn’t miss a beat. She was attentive, kind, hilarious, and genuinely invested from the moment she picked up the phone. She helped me pick the perfect piece, walked me through the order, emailed my receipt immediately, and even texted after to make sure I sent her photos of the finished igloo. Who does that anymore?! Kelly made me feel like I wasn’t just buying furniture — I was creating a moment. And she was along for the ride. I shopped at the Cardi's mattress store in Westerly RI. There was a large selection of mattresses available to try out. The service was excellent. Many thanks to Kelly for her kindness and vast knowledge on all the Cardi products. Very happy with my new purple mattress.

Julian in Westerly was great to work with. No high pressure sales here!! He asked us what we were looking for and he exceeded our expectations! He showed us high end products and lower end products and didn’t try to sway us one way or another. We would highly recommend Cardis Mattress!!!!!

Kelly was a most wonderful and knowledgeable sales person. She was an absolute delight to deal with. She was so sensitive to our needs and understood what we were looking for. We were amazed that she was able to show us enough and explain enough that we felt confident making a decision right then. The entire experience was a pleasure. Kelly was great that helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable and sold us a boxspring and mattress that’s perfect for us! We just recently went in yesterday to get a cool purple pillow. I had the best night of sleep. She knows her stuff!
