Tina went above and beyond to help me with the WHOLE process! From choosing a mattress to the delivery and installation was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite a while.

Had a great experience with Tina. She was patient with us, answered all of our question, and once we settled on a mattress, she delivered it within a hour. Would recommend!

I recently moved to Charlotte about two weeks ago. And really wanted to find a place with affordable box and mattress. I found it here! And it is great! The owner was so personable and even delivered the mattress and box to my apartment the same day. There was also an option to take it ourselves, but we didn’t have a truck so we did the delivery option. They also have other items there, if needed. I will definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Excellent service, same day got what I needed at a great price

I came to the store today and told Juan and Win exactly what I was looking for and they helped me find it. I showed up around 1:15pm and by 2:30pm the Mattress set was delivered and set up! You can't get any better than that I will definitely use them again
